Omnicruit is delighted to confirm Marie-Claire Junge as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. With a robust background ​spanning various industries and continents, Marie-Claire's leadership is set to steer Omnicruit International towards new ​heights of success. In her role, Marie-Claire will provide strategic oversight, ensure effective governance, and foster a culture ​of collaboration and innovation within the Board.

Dominique Joelle Hawkins, NP

As a Board member, Dominique Hawkins will leverage her expertise in healthcare, strategic oversight, financial management, ​and governance. Her specialized focus on domestic operations will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic ​direction and ensuring alignment with Omnicruit International’s mission and goals. Additionally, Dominique will be ​responsible for ensuring legal compliance, which will be further supported by legal counsel in the future.

Steven Anthony

Steven Anthony brings a wealth of experience in financial oversight, risk management, and mergers & acquisitions. His ​background in reviewing and approving budgets, financial statements, and audit reports will benefit the company’s financial ​integrity and accountability. As a Board member, Steven's expertise in mergers & acquisitions will be instrumental in driving ​Omnicruit International’s strategic growth and expansion. His contributions will ensure the company’s financial strategies are ​sound and aligned with its long-term objectives.

Marco Cavelty

Marco Cavelty brings extensive expertise in strategic oversight, governance, and financial management. With a background as ​a CFO, interim project manager, and strategic advisor, he excels in guiding major decisions and ensuring compliance. His ​diverse experience in various roles and contexts makes his contributions vital for maintaining Omnicruit International’s ​strategic alignment and integrity.

Trecia Caldwell, RN

Trecia Caldwell's extensive background in healthcare will be crucial in providing guidance on the company's strategic ​initiatives and performance monitoring. Her focus on international operations will be vital in enhancing Omnicruit ​International’s global presence. Trecia’s commitment to stakeholder engagement will also strengthen the company’s ​relationships with key stakeholders. Ensuring legal compliance within her scope will be part of Trecia's responsibilities, ​alongside Dominique and with the future support of legal counsel.
